The methods for activation of college industry cooperation in the area of medical record

Abstract
|
|
|
This study is conducted on the basis of the results of questionaire of the employees of the Dept. of Medical Record in six general hospitals in Kwangju.
1. The ability of duty performance should be enhanced with the reappraisal of the purpose of field practice and the whole review of practice methods in order to consolidate the adaptability in the practice field and the practice period and duration should be prepared through the process of consultation with hospital and educational program and instructional book.
2. The adaptive power to the field should be increased through the improvement of curriculum which meets the demand of rapid changes according to specialization and subdivision of hospital and the consolidation of practice-centered education.
3. The education should be conducted by keeping the cooperative system between industry and college based on the mutual trust, human relations should be extended by frequent visits and meets and the various activities for accomplishing common goals should be performed.
4. The political financial and legal supports from the establishment of policy - Industry - School - Ministry of Education - Ministry of Health and Social Affairs should be strengthened.
